Abstract

The choosing of research title is based on the fact that show work performance of the Office of Maritime Afaairs and Fisheries in Finishing the duty has not optimal. The purpose of this research is to get description, to determine and to get review of influence of work discipline, work placement, and work environment on employee performace at the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Pangkalpinang. This is descriptive quantitative research with a total sample of 83 respondests, while the data collecting technique used census thecnique. The independent variabel of this research consisted of work discipline, work placement, and work environvment, while the dependent variable was employee performance. The test ofinstrument used validity test, and classical assumption. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regressions with t tst and f test. The result of the research indicates that the independent variables; work discipline, work placement, and work environvment have positif and significant influence on employee performance. As the result of F test indicate that Fvalue (35.755) > Ftable (2.72) with the significance is 0.000 > alpha on the level of 5%, so Ha is accepted and Ho is danied, while the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.560 or 56%. Then independent variables simultaneouscly influence dependent variabel Y in the amount of 56%. While t test of obtained X1 tvalue (2.491) > ttable (1.9900), X2 is obtained tvalue (3.102) > ttable (1.9900) and X3 is obtained tvalue (4.844) > ttable (1.9900). thust it can be said those three variables have influence on employee performance.
