Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis penerapan awareness and communications, tools and automation, staff skills and expertise, responsibility and accountability, goal setting and measurement, policies, plan and procedures dari teknologi informasi di Bangka City Hotel dengan menggunakan Model COBIT 4.1. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dan data yang digunakan dengan analisis dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bangka City Hotel telah menerapkan awareness and communications, staff skills and expertise, goal setting and measurement dan belum menerapkan sepenuhnya tool and automation, responsibility and accountability, policies, plan and procedures.
