Abstract

Employee compensation refers to all forms of pay or rewards going to employees and arising from their employment and it has two main components. There are direct financial payment and indirect payment. This article will focus on compensation structure and how to link its to vision, mission, and business strategies. We want to provide a better understanding of the role the firm in the design of compensation system and how to reaches the firm performance.
