This study aimed to describe the management, analyze the feasibility and determine the marketing system for citronella cultivation and post-harvest in the Beruas Village, Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency. The time and place of this research were carried out from March 2020 to November 2020 in Beruas Village. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a survey method. The sampling method was a census, with ten lemongrass farmers as respondents. Methods of data analysis using farm analysis and marketing. The results of the calculation of income, the average pay for citronella cultivation received by farmers is IDR 2,970,668 per year.
In contrast, the average post-harvest income of citronella is IDR 7,286,590 per year. Calculation of feasibility (r / c ratio), then the average feasibility (r / c ratio) of 2.7 means that it is worth working on, while the feasibility (r / c ratio) of post-harvest lemongrass is 1.0, which means the business is breaking even. The marketing of lemongrass cultivation has one marketing channel, namely from producers to collectors, marketing agencies that play a role as producers and collectors. The marketing margin has one track with a total marketing margin of IDR 550. Post-harvest marketing of lemongrass has a marketing channel from producers to wholesalers, lambada. Marketing plays a role, namely producers and wholesalers. Meanwhile, the resulting marketing margin is IDR 250,000.
