Abstract

This research, using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and product innovation on export readiness, both directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial orientation. Data from small culinary businesses were then analyzed to test six hypotheses about the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on export readiness (β=0.292; p=0.001). Product innovation has a positive effect on export readiness, but this effect is not statistically significant (β=0.132; p=0.051). When organizational culture and product innovation are tested simultaneously on export readiness, both show a positive effect. Organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation (β=0.635; p=0.000), while product innovation does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation (β=0.044; p=0.000). In addition, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on export readiness (β=0.546; p=0.000). Testing the mediation model shows that organizational culture and product innovation have a significant indirect effect on export readiness through entrepreneurial orientation, with coefficients of 0.346 and 0.242, respectively. These findings demonstrate the importance of strengthening organizational culture and entrepreneurial orientation in improving the export readiness of small culinary businesses
