Abstract
from side of taxpayer rights do not only secret of just information bicoming issue which require to be studied between general directorat of lease and monetary examiner there is rights of other taxpayer ehich must be paid attention to by like rights to get rule of law. cannot be conceived if worker or functionary of lease for lack of the obligationconceal data of taxpayer arranged by law so that easily open or submit the data to party of manapun without order boundaries, hence to whom of taxpayer have to entrust secret of effort and how with calmness of climate pf effort
