Abstract

The study aims 1) to analyze and examine the influence of the effectiveness of the utilization of information system on the employee permonce of PT. PLN (Persero); 2) to analyzeand examine the influence of user’s participation of information system on the employee pormance of PT PLN (Persero); 3) to analyzeand examine the influence of trust in the information system on the employee performance of PT PLN (Persero). The population of this study is the employee of PT PLN (Persero) in 2015. The total sample of the study is 55 responden with the criteria for permanent employess. The sample selection uses purposive sampling with certain criteria. The type of data and the data collectiong technique use primary and secondary data, in which the data is collected directly from the respondent through distributing questionnire and interview. The result of study indicates that (1) the effectiveness of the untilazation of information system does not have effect on the employee permonce of PT PLN (Persero) Bangka Belitung regional office, but is has a positive relationship on the employee permonce, it is show from the analysis result of test that indicates tcount < ttable ( tcount 0,120 < ttable 2,0076) and the value of p = 0,1905 > 0,05 ; (2) the user’s participation of information system has positive and significant effect on the result of t test in which tcount < ttable ( tcount 2, 504 < ttable 2, 0076 and the value of p = 0,016 < 0,05; (3) the trust in the information system has positive and significant effect on the employee permonce of PT PLN (Persero) Bangka Belitung Regional office, it can be shown from the analysis result of t test which indicates that tcount < ttable (tcount 5,140 < ttable 2,0076) and the value of p = 0,000 < 0,05.
