Abstract
Penelitian ini mengetahui fuel ratio aktual Bulan September dan Oktober, menghitung biaya pemborosan fuel consumption, menganalisis faktor pengaruh fuel ratio aktual serta merekomendasikan peningkatan produksi dan efisiensi fuel ratio. Pengumpulan data primer cycle time top loading dan bottom loading Excavator Sany 365Hpro dan Dump Truck Howo NX380 serta data sekunder fuel ratio plan coal getting, jam kerja aktual dan fuel consumption Bulan September dan Oktober. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, nilai fuel ratio aktual melebihi fuel ratio plan Bulan September 0,508 liter/ton dengan selisih fuel ratio 0,204 liter/ton dan Bulan Oktober 0,498 liter/ton dengan selisih fuel ratio 0,115 liter/ton. Selisih fuel ratio mengakibatkan cost fuel membengkak Bulan September Rp. 128.701.980 dan Bulan Oktober Rp. 55.541.132. Analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi fuel ratio yaitu pemilihan antara top loading dan bottom loading menyebabkan lose oppurtunity pola pemuatan Bulan September 5168,25 MT/Bulan dan Bulan Oktober 5774,72 MT/Bulan. Penggunaan excavator yang sama coal cleaning dan general activity menyebabkan lost time coal getting. Lose opportunity coal cleaning dan general activity Bulan September 7278,99 MT dan Bulan Oktober 10115,98 MT. Rekomendasi top loading untuk coal getting menghasilkan produktivitas lebih besar daripada bottom loading. Menggunakan PC Komatsu 200 serta pengalihan jam kerja coal cleaning dan general activity menjadi waktu kerja efektif meningkatkan produksi Bulan September 37063,03 MT dan Bulan Oktober 32605,08 MT. Fuel ratio menurun Bulan September 0,408 liter/ton dengan efisiensi biaya Rp. 46.685.029,5, sedangkan Bulan Oktober 0,344 liter/ton dengan efisiensi biaya Rp. 55.541.132.
