Abstract

Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki lada putih yang dikenal dunia sebagai “Muntok White Pepper”. Pertumbuhan pembibitan lada dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan kecukupan hara didalam tanah melalui pemberian AB Mix dan NPK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan perlakuan pupuk yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit lada varietas Lampung Daun Lebar berbuku tunggal. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Juli hingga Oktober Tahun 2023 di Kebun Penelitian dan Percobaan, Universitas Bangka lBelitung. Penelitian ini disusun dengan Rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK) satu faktor yaitu pupuk, pupuk tersebut terdiri dari M0 (tanpa pemupukan), M1 (NPK l4,5 g/tan), M2 (NPK l0,5 g + Growmore 0,5l g/tan), M3 (AB lMix 600 ppm), M4 (AB Mix 700 ppm), dan M5 (AB Mix 800 ppm). Perubahan yang diamati meliputi: waktu muncul tunas, jumlah ruas, diameter ruas, tinggi tunas, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar, jumlah akar, persentase hidup setek, dan persentase tumbuh tunas. Pemberian perlakuan AB Mix menunjukkan hasil terbaik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan NPK pada setiap peubah pertumbuhan tanaman lada. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perlakuan yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit lada LDL adalah konsentrasi AB Mix 700 ppm.
