Abstract

The KRPL program is one of the community empowerment programs for women to actively participate in intensively land utilization of the yard and the surrounding land. Measuring the level of participation of KWT members needs to be done to support the success of the KRPL program. The objectives of this study are (1) To describe the level of participation of KWT members in Merawang District, Bangka Regency, (2) Analyze the factors that influence the level of participation of KWT members in the KRPL program in Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The research method used is the survey method. The location of the study was conducted in Riding Panjang Village and Pagarawan Sejahterah Village, Merawang District, Bangka Regency with 43 respondents who joined the KWT members. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The indicator used to describe the level of participation of KWT members is decision making, implementation, benefit taking and evaluation. The results showed that the level of participation of KWT members in Merawang District resulted in a value of 63.50 percent which is classified as high. Factors that influence the level of participation of KWT members in the KRPL program in Merawang District, Bangka Regency are the number of family dependents, types of work, and motivation.
