Abstract

The determination how great the Minimum Wage of Province (UMP) is a very complex problem because it involves so many parts and interest. A reasonably comfortable life need Consumer Price Index (IHK), a rate of company development, a region economical growth, common wage and labour market condition are several factors influencing the determination of wage rate. A good indicator in Determining the wage is its profitability to reach a reasonably comfortable life need more than 100% ideal. How’s about the wage condition of Bangka Belitung Province in 2008
