Abstract

This study aims to describe the adequacy of nutrition consumption for household food needs and calculate the income of the Red Lotus Farmer Women Group as a result of implementing the sustainable food house area program. This research was conducted in riding panjang village, Merawang District, Bangka Regency, and this study were conducted from September 2018 to July 2019. The Research method used was the case study method, and the sampling method used the census method for determining respondents and family members of the Red Lotus Farmer Group in Riding Panjang Village. As many as 77 respondents used the descriptive analysis method in the Harris benedict method and for determining the respondents of the Red Lotus Farmer Women Group, where 21 respondents used the income analysis method. The study results show that the overall adequacy of nutritional consumption among family members of the Red Lotus Farmer Group starts from children to older people with adequate macronutrients. The total income of the farmer women group began when the harvest period was Rp78.683.400, and each member of the farmer women group received a payment of Rp1.061.601/month.
