Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dari pengaruh firm size, profitabilitas dan ceo tenure in company terhadap tax avoidance dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi (perusahaan industri processed foods terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2016-2020). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan firm size berpengaruh positif terhadap tax avoidance. Sementara itu, profitabilitas dan CEO tenure in company berpengaruh negatif terhadap tax avoidance. Selanjutnya gender tidak memoderasi hubungan pengaruh antara firm size dengan tax avoidance, namun gender memoderasi hubungan pengaruh antara profitabilitas dan CEO tenure in company terhadap tax avoidance.
