Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), pertumbuhan belanja modal, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diproksikan dengan PDRB berpengaruh terhadap fiscal stress pada kabupaten dan kota se-Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung tahun 2015-2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah, pertumbuhan belanja modal, dan pertumbuhan PDRB sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan fiscal stress sebagai variabel dependen. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan belanja modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fiscal stress sedangkan pertumbuhan PDRB tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fiscal stress dengan tingkat signifikansi variabel independen 0.95 > (0,05).
