Abstract

The level of interest in the pepper is different. The type of pepper studied was the broad leaf lampung pepper. To identify the level of fruit pepper of the pepper, digital images and fuzzy logic can be used. Digital images can be used to determine the RGB average value of the original image. Fuzzy logic is used to determine the level of maturity of the pepper with the average value of the RGB image as input where the method used is the mamdani method. With the help of the GUI in the digital image GUI maker software and fuzzy logic are connected to each other to determine the level of maturity of the pepper fruit. Data were collected using 120 data consisting of 45 training data with the results of the identification level of 91.1% and 75 test data with the results of the identification level of 89.3%. Tingkat kematngan buah lada berbeda-beda. Jenis lada yang diteliti adalah lada lampung daun lebar. Untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan buah lada dapat menggunakan citra digital dan logika fuzzy. Citra digital dapat digunakan untuk menentukan Nilai rata-rata RGB citra asli. Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menentukan tingat kematangan buah lada dengan nilai rata-rata RGB citra sebagai input dimana metode yang digunakan adalah metode mamdani. Dengan bantuan GUI pada perangkat lunak pembuat GUI citra digital dan logika fuzzy saling terhubung untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan buah lada. Pengambilan data menggunakan 120 data yang terdiri dari 45 data latih dengan hasil tingkat identifikasi sebesar 91,1% dan 75 data uji dengan hasil tingkat identifikasi sebesar 89,3 %.
