This research is a research with the quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method and model estimation using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Variable to be studied is pro-growth measured from Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the tourism sector, pro-job measured from a labor of tourism sector and pro-poor which measured from poverty rate to regional economy as measured from total GRDP. The data used in the study is secondary data consisting of GRDP, GDP of the tourism sector, tourism work force and poverty are presented in the form of time series from 2005 to 2017.
