Abstract

Sexual violence in the household is carried out against people who live within the scope of the household. In Bangka Regency there are two special court decisions on sexual violence in households committed by biological fathers against biological children from 2015 to 2018. The purpose of this study, first, to determine the criminogenic factors for sexual violence in the second household, to find out and analyze characteristics of perpetrators of sexual violence in the household. third, to analyze efforts to prevent sexual violence in the household. This type of research used is an empirical juridical approach to criminology, Law, Case, and Comparison. The results of the research prove that: firstly, the criminogenic factors of sexual violence in the household are environmental, educational,economic, partner factors that cannot carry out intimate relationships, alcohol and victim precipition. Second, the characteristics of perpetrators of sexual violence in the scope of households based on the results of research in Bangka Regency are the characteristics of the perpetrators 'life history data and the characteristics of the perpetrators' characteristics. third, in the prevention effort can be done with the penalty and non-penalty channels, the punishment channel is carried out by the police, prosecutors, and courts while the non-penalty channels are carried out by the Social Service for Women Empowerment and Child Protection and the Unit of Protection for Women and Children Detective and Criminal District Police Resort District Bangka.
